It’s always good to look at the stats and recognize that the numbers don’t necessarily tell the whole story.
For instance it would be nice to earn Vancouver wages while living in Charlottetown… but that’s not the case.
There’s not an overabundance of luxury houses for sale on Prince Edward Island. Although short of the most expensive real estate listing on PEI at “only” 2.5 million is this beauty of a waterfront property near Souris, Prince Edward Island.
