I’m not to familliar with this development to put apartment buildings where an existing trailer park on Mout Edward Rd. in Charlottetown.
There is a news item availalbe today on The Guardian about residents having their chance for input on the real estate development. I also found an older artile on the trailer park development.
I haven’t been able to find any pictures of the trailer park so I might have to run out and snap one…
Many of you may have heard on the news lately that the record for the most expensive real estate listing in PEI’s history had been smashed. I found it a little hard to find information on Google with a quick search, so I decided to do my own snooping and give you the details to save you the trouble.
The six-bedroom mansion is on the market for $7.75 million. Sitting just a few metres from the beach, it occupies 4.5 hectares of land.

It took a while to finally get things started. Over a year to be percise. Finally all the pieces came together for this website/blog dedicated to PEI real estate to launch.
I will be posting information on a whole bunch of different real estate developments on Prince Edward Island. Often I’ll hear about something interesting in the real estate world on PEI and will have to search aimlessly on Google to find the answers. Since I’m already doing the work I might as well share it with everyone.
There is still a lot of work to be done behind the scenes before I’ll be happy with this real estate site. But it’s alive!!!
